Una vez despalillada la uva se prensa cayendo el mosto por gravedad, en un ambiente libre de oxígeno, a los depósitos de maceración de acero inoxidable, donde fermenta de manera natural a temperatura controlada. Antes del embotellado el vino se pasa a través de un filtro tangencial que otorga al vino un brillo y color característico.
Once stripped the grape is pressed and the must falls due to gravity in an oxygen-free atmosphere to the stainless steel maceration tanks, where it ferments in a natural way at a controlled temperature. Before the wine is bottled, it goes through a tangential filter that provides the wine with a typical brightness and colour.

Fase visual: amarillo con notas verdosas, limpio y brillante.
Fase olfativa: aroma de buena intensidad, rico en matices, complejo y elegante. Predominio de notas de carácter varietal que transmiten matices afrutados y florales.
Fase gustativa: Sabroso en boca, graso, con agradables contrastes dentro de un armónico equilibrio. Sensaciones de viveza y frescura. Potente retronasal y gran persistencia.
Visual stage: yellow with greenish notes. Clear and bright.
Smelling stage: bouquet of a good intensity, rich in shades, complex and elegant. Predominance of varietal notes that give fruity and floral shades.
Tasting stage: tasty in the mouth, fat, with nice contrasts within a harmonic balance. Lively and fresh. Strong finish and great persistence.
